Before all of this?
The brand, the business, the blueprint.. I had to build it the hard way.
I didn’t come from money.
I didn’t have any connections,
guidance, or a plan handed to me.
I built everything I have from the ground up.
I entered the beauty industry knowing I had the skill… but not the structure.
No one taught me how to run a business.
No one showed me how to brand myself, attract clients, market or scale the right way.
So I did what most of us do, I learned through trial and error.
I’m not going to lie, I took a lot of losses in my earlier years.
But I kept persevering, and bouncing back stronger each time.
Those losses would’ve discouraged most from even continuing.
I don’t want that for anyone.
Now? I’m the mentor I wish I had when I started.
I teach beauty professionals how to stop winging it—and start running their business like a CEO.
With structure.
With strategy.
With real results.
Because talent will get you started, but strategy is what makes you last.
